Half Way between Melbourne and Sydney our bespoke Forest Camp Tents are situated in the beautiful Snowy Valleys town of Batlow, NSW. At 975 metres above sea level our Forest Campsites are nestled amongst ancient gums floating on decks above the soft forest floor.

Endor is a privately owned and operated Alpine Trufferie which is also sanctuary to some very rare native Alpine Ferns and Forest Waratahs. Depending on the season you can be sure to sight Echidnas, Wombats, Wallabies, Lyre Birds, Black Cockatoos, Bower Birds, Sambar Deer and Brumbies. Taste Batlow

Visit the local orchards to pick up some of the freshest Apples, Pears and Stone Fruits you will ever bite into! The cherries are to die for in November and December. Scrumptiously plump apple pies, pastries, juicy jams, pickles, apple cider vinegar and honey are also available at many farms around Batlow. If you’re lucky you might even be able to procure some of our very own truffles.

Showers — Endor uses off-grid solar power to generate daily hot water. Our outdoor camp showers and wash basins are designed to store enough hot water to serve the needs of our intended groups. It is however very important to limit your shower to three minutes maximum in an effort to conserve in our drought affected times.

Toilets – Endor uses Natural Envirocycle toilet systems. Toilets are shared.
